Due to the nature of digital products, guides, downloads, readings and PDF materials, no refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

If you do not receive your digital product within a few minutes of purchase, please contact e directly through the website’s contact me form only. I do not monitor other platforms or emails for customer support.

For physical paperback copies:

Orders are printed and fulfilled through a third-party service. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Any printing or delivery issue must be addressed directly through the fulfillment service per their privacy policy. I do not have access to that.
