The Grounded Reset is a 21-day nervous system reset created to help you regulate your system, reclaim your energy, and stabilize your body before trying to fix, heal, or change anything else in your life. The Grounded Reset is designed to bring you back into your body, create internal safety, and support your nervous system so your life stops feeling like a constant state of urgency.
Over 21 days, you’ll be guided through short, daily practices that calm fight-or-flight responses, ground you into your body, and help you reclaim energy that’s been leaking through stress, overgiving, emotional reactivity, or constant stimulation. This work is especially supportive for sensitive, empathic, intuitive, or electrically wired nervous systems that don’t respond well to pressure-based approaches.
Each day includes a short video, a grounding or somatic practice, a simple journal prompt or internal inquiry, and a brief declaration to anchor the work in your body. The daily time commitment is about 10–15 minutes. This is meant to be doable, sustainable, and supportive; not another thing you have to push through.
The program unfolds in three phases. The first week focuses on regulating the nervous system and stabilizing the body, helping you come out of fight-or-flight. The second week is about reclaiming your energy, strengthening internal boundaries, and reducing emotional reactivity. The third week supports embodiment, intuition, and grounded forward momentum without burnout or pressure. On day 21, we’ll close with a live Zoom integration call to help anchor what you’ve learned and integrate it into daily life.
The Grounded Reset is hosted inside a private Facebook group, where daily guidance will be shared and you can move through the program at your own pace while staying supported and connected. Access details will be sent after registration.
